The Pattar Diaries - Issue 4

It hard to imagine that we are almost finished with the tour for this year. We have two more days to spend together and then we say good-bye to three members of the group and make the long trek back to Steinbach. It will be a bit sad to end the tour. At the same time I'm eager to get back to Steinbach as well.

The Pattar Diaries - Issue 3

Welcome to issue three of the diaries. On this tour we have been able to minister in a variety of venues. In the first couple of days, we were in a church, two schools and a drop-in centre. On Friday we were in Aylmer, ON at the Old Town Hall Theatre. The picture below is of the crew setting up for the evening performance there. The theatre is a gorgeous space.

First, allow me to explain the meaning behind the title of these entries. It is tour tradition that the faculty members travelling with the team receive nicknames. The Pattar Diaries - Issue 1

We’ve travelled over 2000 kilometres and the teams have performed four times so far. Our first three performances were in the Fort Frances area. Our first stop was SCAP, a Christian School in Stratton, Ontario. Free Servant and New Creation led in some singing and sketches. After a quick tear-down we were off to the Fort Frances Evangelical Fellowship Church for an evening performance.
