This course explores the purpose and importance of women ministering to women within the local church setting. Included with the course is participation in a one day conference designed to encourage women and to be taught from God’s word.

Cape Town 2010 Lausanne GlobaLink Webcast (1 credit)

This course will draw students into participation with other Evangelicals around the world in the 3rd Lausanne World Conference on topics related to missions, evangelism and reaching the World for Christ. Participants (including leaders of our constituent conferences, missionaries, students, and others) will have opportunity to view Cape Town sessions and then interact and discuss the sessions in the classroom. Free Servant is a contemporary music ensemble of vocalists and instrumentalists. The team will spend the year preparing for ministry in various churches and youth groups throughout the year, culminating in a 2 week Spring Tour.

Ignite is a vocal-only praise and worship choir that will be performing a praise and worship musical to be presented in churches throughout Manitoba. Some instruments may be used where singers are multi-talented, but this is not a requirement.

New Creation takes a combined format of Acting Classes mixed with preparation for practical ministry. Students will be engaged in acting exercises, theatre games, and performance technique while preparing for Fall Sketch Ministry and a 2 week Spring Production Tour.
