ARBORG Youth for Christ is seeking an Executive Director to lead a new ministry initiative - a youth center in Arborg, Manitoba.  The youth center will be situated in a central location with cool things for teenagers. This project is generating enthusiasm and community wide support. You can be the lead person for this project and get in on the ground level of setting its future direction. This exciting opportunity includes a committed team to support, guide and back you up! 

It will be a cutting edge environment where volunteers will be able to utilize pool tables, video games, or just share a coke at a counter to generate conversations and build relationships with youth.  These relationships have the opportunity to be life changing because God works through people who are real and genuine.

Reporting to, and supported by a local steering committee, this person will promote the ministry throughout the community, develop the youth center program and supervise volunteer team members.  Applicants must have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and be able to embrace and sign the YFC Statement of Faith and Conduct.

Qualifications include a love for youth, drive, determination, creativity and an ability to work independently.  The ability to handle administrative and financial duties will also be required.

Arborg is a vibrant community located just 60 minutes north of Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA.  Qualified candidates must be permitted to work in Canada.
