St Andrews Community Church of Boissevain Manitoba is seeking a pastor to serve in this SW Manitoba community of approximately 2,000 people. St Andrews is a non-denominational evangelical church with 25 families (approx 80 people) and is one of seven churches in town.

Pastoral Job Description

1. Would be one of the elders.
2. Be responsible to equip the saints (God’s people) for the work of the ministry by:
   1. Being the main Bible teacher/preacher
   2. Developing the leadership and ministry skills of the congregation
3. Will have a heart for personal ministry within the church and the greater community

Starting date is negotiable.
