The Male Program Coordinator at YFC would primarily mentor, support, disciple, and evangelize vulnerable and at-risk teens within the Morden community and area. Programs the role would oversee would include Senior High Drop-In Nights and could consist of Guys Night, Work Force, and summer programming. The job consists of individual youth mentorship, volunteer team leadership, collaboration with staff team members as well as training and mentorship from YFC sources. The role is open to either part-time or full-time applications.
